World War 2 visit

Panthers and Cheetahs class were lucky enough to have had a visit from Adrian Warrell, a historical interpreter. He came to inform the children about the Battle of Britain and what life was like for the people during the war.

The children enjoyed the talk during the morning about what brought about the Second World war and in the afternoon the children got to take part in four activities linked to the war. Have a look at the photos below to see what Panthers class have been doing.

Panthers class were thoroughly enthralled by all of the items from the Second World War and had an enjoyable time learning about what life was like for the people of the UK during that time.
